South Africa, February 2008:
The Reed Family's Report:

This mission to South Africa has been a magical blend of the opportunity to help those in need, experience the native Zulu culture first hand, and marvel at the breathtaking safari animals.

Days were mixed with shopping for and delivering aid to deserving children at local schools and the Sinethemba Orphanage, sharing in the Zulu culture through song and dance, and learning from professional guides about the diverse wildlife and ecosystem of the savannah.

This experience cannot be called a “vacation”, for it was so much more. Our trip with Airline Ambassadors was deeply meaningful and life-changing for our family, both in the satisfaction it brought from giving to these bright and eager children and in the profound way it has enhanced our appreciation for humanity and the responsibility we all share to do our part in making the world a better place.
